Disaster!! I've lost my diary

I lost my filofax personal(not business) diary whilst in Madrid. It held loads of info for me including addresses, birthdays, anniversaries, appointments, telephone numbers and some email addresses so it seems like the end of the world to me. I have most telephone numbers in my mobile and most email addresses in my pc so all is not lost. In my shoes would you buy another paper diary and start all over again or would it be better to buy a pocket pc or pda to store such info? Have been researching them and not sure if these would allow me to make brief record notes in a calendar diary page e.g. "hair appointment/used new colour ref 848 & half 852 today" Does any know this? Don't need one with a phone. Any advise or recommendations appreciated.

I was hoping for a bit of sympathy and help but what do I get? Just what I would be saying myself to anyone in my predicament! Anyway it is still a disaster and any serious help would be great.

I'm 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion.

In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine.

I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

You're a ****ing ugly bitch. I want to stab you to death, and then play around with your blood.

edit: that is an injoke by the way before anyone gets stressed, just in case

I start by skinning Torri a little, making incisions with a steak knife and ripping bits of flesh from her legs and stomach while she screams in vain, begging for mercy in a high thin voice. Finally I pour acid onto her belly and genitals, but none of this comes close to killing her, so I resort to stabbing her in the throat and eventually the blade of the knife breaks off in what's left of her neck, stuck on bone, and I stop.

Can't beat pen or paper to be honest, pda's are awkward for scribbling on overall, though I haven't tried the iPhone or anything. I carry around a little reporter-sized notepad, and any reminders I put them in my phone. It does the job.

She placed the file on top of the desk before asking, "Doin' the crossword?" dropping the g in "doing" -- A pathetic gesture of intimacy, an irritating stab at forced friendliness.
