Question about criminal investigation.

    Hi,

I was involved in a supposed "criminal investigation" recently and had to do a police interview.

I was just wondering if the person who did the interview and/or the superintendent in charge would have seen the affidavit posted by the "plaintiff"? And will they see my response or be at the hearing? (it's a hearing for a restraining order).

The reason I'm saying this is because the affidavit is all a big joke, full of clear lies, most of them FACTUALLY incorrect statements and I would hate for them to think that those statements were in any way anything other than completely made-up.

If this refers to an ongoing matter, especially domestic, you won't get a response here.

    Talk to a solicitor.

Talk to a solicitor. Dont raise this issue here again, most of us dont care and we're certainly not going to discuss an ongoing police investigation.

    DeV.
