Dreambox remote to control LG TV

Does anybody know how I can find a code to program the dreambox remote to control my TV. I've a 42LH4000 LG TV. I've tried all the codes I've found on the internet. Those being: LG 0067 0400 0039 0407 0247 0586 0744 0277 0246 0320 0193 0208 0391 0636 0139 0728 0745 Does anybody know what other codes might work?

Does anybody know what other codes might work?
