N97 cannot hear the caller

    Anyone know how to fix this when I ring them I can barely hear them. i have put the volume put to the top on the side. I can only really hear when I put it on Loudspeaker but not when I put it on handset. Anyone know how to fix this?

    Sounds like a faulty ear piece. Bring it back to the phone shop, or send it to the mobile phone repair company in sandyford
