Hey everyone,

i have a cozy single room to sublet from the 24th of May til the 6th of September! It's in a two bed room apartement in Tritonville Road, really close to the new Aviva Stadium (Landsdown Road). You'll be sharing with one other person (male). The room is not very big (it's under the roof) but it's really comfy and the living room is big and bright. There's a washer and dryer in the building. It's in a real nice and safe neighborhood, Tesco is a 5 min. walk away, the beach 10 mins. You can make it to the city centre by foot in 30 mins or you can take the dart/ buses. The rent is 375€ /month.
