Iphone problems

    Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this and knows how to solve these problems. I have 3 ringtones in my itunes but sound will only play from one of these on the iphone but they play perfect in itunes, what could be wrong?

    More worrying, I went to sync the ringtones last night and all my movies were deleted? Also this morning I done a sync to add new applications and all the selected songs I had disappeared off my iphone? I had manual manage videos and music ticked but it has some how become unselected?
    Also

    Its just recently been jailbroken could that have anything to do with the problems?
