With UPC and getting an F on Ping test? here is a fix

    The combined router modem from UPC has a built in firewall that is fully switched on by default.

    This high setting gives back results like this 30wuk4y.png

    Your PC already has a firewall and it is safe enough to turn off the router firewall.

    To log into the router enter this number in the address bar of your browser as seen 192.168.1.1

    Turning off the router firewall brings back results like this instead.

    Or you could just learn how to use your computer and run a genuine ping test from CMD. :rolleyes:
