    Morning all.
Recieving the one parent family payment in which i get every Thursday however i wasnt at home all week so I arrived home yesterday went up to my post office to find the man in the post office telling me theres nothing on the card for me. I have had run ins with this man on several occasions before on short changing me etc,so i wouldnt be that suprised if he was doing this on purpose,a strong alligation i know. My social services card has not scanned through in a long time, apparently this happens after so long,so the lady in the post office usually just types in my card number and whala. But yesterday she wasnt there and he only typed in my PPS number, would this make any difference? He just told me there was nothing i could do that I would have to ring the social but as its Saturday my local office is closed.
Has this ever happend to anyone before and if so what do i do now?

Why didn't you contact your local office yesterday?
Contact your local SWO on Monday and find out what is happening with your payment.

You'd be as well going to the office as they're not answering phones as part of their industrial dispute.

If the man short changed you before why didn't you pull him up on it, the receipt you sign every week confirms that you received that amount from the post office, so don't sign it untill the money is counted in front of you, that way he cannot try short change you.
