maintain your fitness level

    I'm doing 1 session of intervals a week at around 80% for 15 minutes and I'm finding I can maintain my aerobic fitness level by just doing this.

    run 1 minute, sprint 1 minute for 10 sets.

    Will doing this cause me to keep my aerobic endurance or will I lose it ?
