Welcome SisterTrip and such a mysterious post too
I havent wached the video yet,but i have seen people been put into deep hypnosis and asked about other worlds etc.Imo it could still be taken that in those trance states they are suggestable and if not being suggested to now, how do we know it wasnt earlier or even many years before?
This is the issue i have with the whole astral travel/obe/lucid dreaming theory.I need to experience it to entertain the idea seriously that its possible.
Once i have experienced obe or similar id then need to prove to myself through actions wether it was a dream or real.
I dont think there is any other way for anyone to know for sure.
Until then it appears il have to sit on the fence.
Ive even seen seminars where a guy was trying to move something suspended inside a glass case for an audience but still isnt proof
I would love it to be true though.

Thank you Torakx, In a general sense you have posed some really good questions although I would rather you watch the video before commenting and you may have a different opinion. I would love to answer any questions regarding OBE etc.. as I have experience in this area , perhaps if you look at the video you might have more questions and I would be happy to answer.

To be honest i have a close friend who has informed me he had an outer body experience when he was in his teens i think he said.
So i do believe the experience is possible i just as of yet have not experienced lucid dreaming/obe.I know with magnets its possible to get similar effects but not quite the same which tells me it may be as simple as the imagination(DTM?) sorting out things in your head.It could be taken that it is processing the days/weeks information which could link to memories long ago also.Or it could be we are a transmitter for info to another source and thats why we dream O.o
Apart from a friend i dont know many people who have had obe and dont make money in that line of work,which makes me wonder many things about the business of psychics and other types of "new age" therapists.
I believe we have the capacity to dream we are outside the body and see things but until somebody does a fullproof test to examne if that person was dreaming or actually seeing the world through their mind/spirit/consciousness its all theory to me

I listened intently to the whole thing btw while i played an online game
It was enjoyable enough to listen to,i did flick to the video a few times and noticed some body language thatshowed she wasnt too confident in some things she said but seemed confident with the rest.By noticed i mean little things like hand gestures when concidering an answer for a question or while answering a question.
Anyway i still have the exact same opinion about the whole thing as before.
Maybe there is somebody doing groundbreaking work in the science part of obe's and lucid dreaming?
Like brain scans,exercises,lie detectors or similar experts and so on.
