Building your own Pontoon. Tips?

    Hi guys,
    Im half thinking of building a pontoon boat. For maybe 2-3man.
    Only problem is i have no clue where to start. I searched for plans etc.
    Has anyone any tips or websites that might be of help?? Or sites where i can source some cheap materials:D
    Is it a good idea, or two much hardship??
