    Buy @ Sendit.com

These are just getting cheaper all the time. Its £1.89 or €2.49 from them, but paying in sterling it should be €2.25 using visa at todays rates

Great price. Do they deliver to Ireland for free?

    From here: http://help.sendit.com/index.php?action=artikel&cat=7&id=40&artlang=en
There is a charge of 99p per item on deliveries to any countries within the EU.

I wasnt charged a delivery charge, and never have been with sendit.com. However their is a 99cent charge on anything from the hut.com which is from the same company, but not sure why sendit has that info on its site. Im guessing its for orders going to the EU excluding the uk and roi :)

Anyhow mine was despatched already, well going by an email :p

This is the cheapest I've found:

    http://www.argos.ie/static/Product/partNumber/5349694/Trail/searchtext%3EHDMI+CABLE.htm

€6.99 for less than 1M but it's not too bad if you're stuck.

Ah yes, but their's are gold plated and double braided with far less interference from the flux capacitor in the back of your TV:D

There's a cable sold in a pound shop on Moore st, I think the place is called "3-2-1" or something like that. It's in another thread here. Cost €3 for a 1 metre cable.

HDMI interface is digital interface, so having gold, platinium or even kryptonite won't make the cable better.

Thanks OP for the link, bought 3 :)

Don't tell the marketing people that, they'll have to dream up another 'feature' like invisible-pixel enhancement or something!

    It is what it's.

Don't think so and don't recall seeing the option when buying there before:

Update: just logged into my account and can't see a PayPal payment option.

    Good find Davy.

I was just looking back through my account and these were €3.49 each back in February. Got a couple then and there's no problem with them at all.

awful waste of postage by Sendit though - you'd think they would try to minimise costs - at least within the same order!

:) obviously no recession over at Sendit. They might as well give the things away for free. Just ordered another one there, always handy to have a spare around the place.
