    Hi all,i recently seen this film, i rented it from extravision,anyway,was wondering what the deal is with it,is it true or another blair with number,any comments much appreciated

    I had my moments waiting in anticipation for something mental to happen but it was basically the same thing,i thought it was a bit staged and so did my misses,we also questioned why every time something happened why no lights were turned on,and he also seemed to be a techy geek so wondering why no other cameras where set up in the house and also the time she first woke up and went downstairs and outside that the alarm system didnt go off altough they set it every night?:rolleyes:

    I dunno,with all the hype I thought it'd be scarier than it was but..meh!
    REC is a really good blair witch type horror,but whatever you do,don't get the american remake Quarantine,pure crap!:P

    The alarm would have to explained away as more "paranormal activity"!

    I enjoyed the film for the most part and I saw it with the original "Police" ending which was far better than the Hollywood jump scare ending tacked onto it.

    Not half as good as it was made out to be though.

    Here's a link to the Paranormal Activity mega thread. and the review thread. The story's fake. No doubt some americans went out searching for them after the film a la Blair Witch!

    It's a good story but not enough actual Paranormal Activity for my liking...

    It was a cracking tension builder! And I still wont let my foot out of the duvet when I sleep! Frack!
    Though I do wish they had left is as is (complete with Spielberg ending) instead of going into the sequel market.
