Collecting tickets at the RDS

I got a couple for myself through the Munster website (am a munster supporter!) but had to put down for collection at the RDS. In the off chance i cant make it can i give my booking reference\email to my mate and let him collect them or do i need my Credit Card to get them? Anyone know what the collection policy at the…

I collected tickets before, i just gave them my email and they handed out my ticket.
