    Hello all,

I'm a frequent enough poster on boards, so it would be great if I could get some advice.
In the near future I may have to give my first interview to a national newspaper.
The issue is quite topical and by and large, critical of another party.

Does anyone to not effectively 'land myself in it' legally e.g. defamation, slander etc.
How critical can you be? Can you critisise people by name? What about organisations?

    Any help would be great,
    Many Thanks.
