Textbooks for business courses

Hi

Does anyone know which textbooks are used in MN203, MN210, MN220 and AC211? I'm minoring in Business you see, and those are the business courses I'll be doing next year. And if I can buy the textbooks now, I can read them over the summer and get an advantage. So if anyone has any info on this, please tell me.

I did these last year, so the core textbook may have changed, but for us it was:

MN203


Jobber, David (2007), Principles and Practice of Marketing, McGraw-Hill, 5th Edition


MN210


This was very much notes driven, with very little from any one book.



MN220


Human Resource Management in Ireland (3rd
edition) by Patrick Gunnigle, Noreen Heraty & Michael J. Morley. (2006, Gill &
Macmillan).



AC211


Book Called: Management Accounting for Non Accounts, cant remember the author, but they would have it in the NUIM Bookshop


Based on our year, the book was really only necessery for AC211....the rest, not so much.

Wouldn't waste your money MN220 has 30-40 slides of notes per lecture and is more than enough. Plus anyone who got the book, even the lecturer admitted it was terrible.
In accounting you were given most of the notes too, same as marketing. Honestly I wouldn't worry about buying the books at all.
