Something I don't get..

ROTTING CHRIST

I had to mind my 10 year old niece there tonight for a few hours and she forced me (forced I swear!!) to sit through an episode of "Hanna Montana", but there is 1 thing I don't understand... how can an 8 or 9 year old (Rico I think his name is) legally be allowed to own and operate a business??

It just doesn't make sense!

Any thoughts ?
