When does billing begin?

    When does the first SKY billing period start? Is it only when you have activated your viewing card? I have waited ages for a viewing card (as there various problems including times where they got my address wrong and the card was returned to Scotland - twice!).

    Or can they bill you for having the Sky+HD box while you were only viewing freesat channels? Surely not :eek:
