There's a western riding school with a shop in Offaly called Cochise (or Cochese?) Stud. I'm sure they have a website. I got a thick western numnah from there a few years back

Had a quick search for saddle pads like that, but didn't come across any. The best thing may be to contact western riding centres and ask them if the could recommend anywhere that stocks the type of saddle pads your looking for.

Some of these could be worth a try:

    http://www.cochisestud.com/

I don't have any personal experience of the above places, so I don't know what they're like, but hopefully at least one of them will be able to help you.
