Business networking meetings.Next on the 18th of May in the Crowne Plaza Blanchardstown. No membership fees just pay as you attend and the money just covers the room rental 10euro plus free breaky. The meetings will take place between the hours 7-8am as to not disrupt the working day.The idea is that there will only be one of each profession ie one plumber, accountant, web designer etc. Each person will introduce themselves state their business type and explain the type of service they offer the idea being that we will refer work to each other.Ive been to other groups and they do work the only drawback is that they charge a fairly big membership fee.

If you would be interested email me at: PM me with your profession etc.

I wish you well but I think you will struggle. Sounds a bit like BNI but one of the reasons BNI works is that people pay their annual dues and there is a committment to each other that you will be there every week. I can't how you can get that sort of committment on a pay as you go basis. There's nothing worse than generating a referral for someone who doesn't show up. How will you enforce only one type of each profession? Will the second plumber who arrives one morning be turned away?

I'd recommend joining BNI. Its structured and if you work at it you will get you annual fees back several times over.
