Things like valve sizes and so on , of Ford's Zetec SE 1.4 and 1.6 engines .Where would I get that? for phase 2 of my rally car build .

I have a Mk. 4 Fiesta Haynes manual here, has a lot of figures for 1.25, 1.4 and 1.6 Zetec-SE engines (valve lengths, cylinder bore diameters, pistons, etc.). However I don't if much of this stuff differs with the Focus engines (is that what you're using?) as they have slightly different power/torque outputs.
