Hi folks, here's what happened. I was getting up off the toilet (not a joke) and my back just spasmed. This was shortly before 1o'clock. My lower back is still killing me, mainly on the left hand side but some in the middle too. I work in a job that requires me to lift things and I REALLY cant afford either the time off…
