Tag Heuer Monaco Hour Hand Problem

I know there is a similar Tag Heuer thread running but the problem I have is this.
As you probably all know the Monaco is automatic so when mine 'went to sleep' recently I set the correct time and date after a day or two and gave it a shake to wake it up.
The problem I have is that the hour hand seems to have moved slightly, so for example if the time is 11.00 the hour hand sits about halfway between the 11 and the 12.
So 11.00 reads more like 12.00.
1.00 looks more like 2.00 etc etc.

I can't remember for sure but the only thing I can think of is that I might have moved the hands backwards when setting the time rather than forwards.
Can't remember for sure but its the only thing I can think of that might cause this?

I've attached a photo of the watch reading 7.15, looks more like 8.15! :(

So is there anyway I can fix this myself or do I need to go spend two or three hundred with Weirs?
