Fraudulent product refund

    Just to let people know that its not all doom and gloom when a supplier goes bad - I bought a 16GB micro SDHC card on ebay recently having checked the feedback and found only one negative (and lots of positive). It should have been sufficient to put me off but I went ahead anyway. When it arrived I downloaded H2testw and found out it was only 256MB!! Then I checked the feedback again and found loads of recent negative feedback! Lodged a dispute with PayPal, immediately escalated it to a claim and got a refund within 5 hours! (Phew!) :)

    Off to amazon to buy from a reputable supplier...

    I think offering money to influence feedback, or buying feedback, is against the rules too. You should first report the auction as being a counterfeit product, then report the seller for attempting to extort feedback.

    Follow his instructions back to the feedback comment, and add in that he is trying to buy the negative feedback comment's removal, if you can.
