    Just for anyone who's bought this Blu-Ray over the last two weeks its being recalled due to an authoring error which kicks in at chapter 15 with the sound out of synch with the scene, Paramount & Technicolor (authoring house) have decided to offer replacement Blu-Ray Discs from the 18th of this month more details can be read here http://www.blu-ray.com/news/?id=4606

    Just received an e-mail from Amazon concerning this and giving a phone number and email address.

    Heh, it's surprising to hear this kind of thing happening. There was a recall of The Godfather boxset as well, wasn't there?

    Ah that would explain why on the Godfather 2 it frooze halway into it and i had to fast forward on, just after i opened a shiney new blu ray although (sendit.com) never got back to me about it so i let it go :rolleyes:

    Yep, pretty sure I heard about that late 2009. And weeks after hearing about it I still saw them all on sale in shops at a heavily reduced price. Cheeky.
