My betting previews might put you in the right direction for selecting some bets.

Only trying to help people out with some information that they might not be aware of.

Only reason I bother to compile the articles. It's hardly for the vast sum (minute) I receive for each of them! :D

There is some other decent articles previewed on there too so the link may be of help to somebody out there.

    You are right though

Charley Hoffman(40), Adam Scott (22)and Freddie Jacobsen (35) are my main E/W value picks for the Valero. All in good current form and all finished high last week in the Players. All should have the game (currently) to tackle this course and all are obviously at the top end in terms of quality in what is a weak field. It's a new course this week so I don't know too much about what to expect.

I posted a massive outsider tip on another thread in Jimmy Walker. He is local and also had a great Players Championship. He was 16/1 for a top 10 on Hills last time I checked.

Went for Jeff Magert and Bob Estes in the Valero at around 100-1 and Gary Murphy Iberdrola has had a good first round bit late as a tip.

I think aul JB's struggling with 36 holes in 1 day, Jimmy Walker gone mad, Scott and Jacobsen looking good.

    Jacobsen looking good.

    no,that swing under pressure?no chance,i'm on Scott aswell,here's hoping,only backed him before yesterday's golf

Still think Mulroy will win. Tends to stutter in the start of the final round when in contention but always comes good.

Expecting an explosive boost of form any moment :)

Hope he gets a place for you but no more ;)

I've already traded Scott in back when he was at 1.45 so hopefully Jacobsen can at least get close to him to trade in also. Walker has sneaked back into the top 10 for now.

I also had a decent event on the European Tour today so a good weekend whatever happens.

Looks increasingly like one of us will be successful. Very disappointed Mulroy didn't birdie his last par 5. Expected him to dominate those this week but he is only -2 on them so far so extremely disappointing. It's the strongest part of his game and should he not win it will be there that he failed to capitalise.

Nevertheless I will take 28/1 for a top 10 finish. Jones could also sneak into that top 10 also which would prove very worthwhile for me.

Top 10 betting lately has been excellent for me and as I said before this event perhaps I will create a new thread next week for that purpose. Should prove profitable.

    Good luck..
