I'd do a good bit of research on this... Did a job in one of these centres recently and was talking to the manager n she was saying business was way down.. She's had to cut the working week and her staff this year to try and keep the place open...

Myself and the missus also work in the childcare area... it's a tough area to work in, lots of regs etc etc and it ain't cheap. In our area the margins are fairly slim...
