Does Dell's "Premium" level protection cover theft?

My girlfriend's Studio 15 was stolen from the back seat of her car while she was out walking. She reported it to the guards and got a report immediately. I bought premium damage protection (the top level one) when I bought it. Does anyone know if this covers theft?

    Thanks

If you do, then no. It only covers accidental damage etc. Not total loss.

I'm not sure if the one I got is the equivalent of "complete care" or not - it was the 2 year premium business repair one that they are currently selling.

The laptop was in a closed backpack on the ground behind the driver's seat. They got lucky because there was no way you could see it.
