E-flow Tag & East-Link problem

    I have an eFlow tag which I've only used for the M50 so far but today I came over the east-link and went into the tag only lane. The toll wouldn't open and some message like "TAG OBU INCORRECT" or something came up on the display. Eventually I took the tag out of the holder and waved it out the window. I think the dude at the booth saw me and let me through.

    anyone else experience this problem? is it to do with my account or the tag readers on the east-link?

    Contact eFlow - there is probably an issue with your account. If the signs said anything, it suggests they managed to read the tag succesfully.

    You have to contact e-flow to activate the tag. Stupid I know but that's what you have to do. Best of luck getting them to answer the phone though!

    They actually quite prompt in answering phones, well anytime ive called anyway.

    Prob a bit late, but you can activate it online too

    If the account is new - then you need to activate the tag, either online or via the call center. But if it is an account you have for a while and tag just stops working then your account could be in suspension because expired cc details etc..

    Either way - just call them and they can probably resolve it
