    Heading up to Shanowen tomorrow to put a deposit down on the S.Square, Reports I've heard are good of it but havent been in it myself. Spent first year in an apartment in Whitehall and thought id move to shanowen with a few mates.

    We applied for the 5 Bedroom apartment anyone know the chances of getting this?

    They have dropped there price this year by quiet alot, hopefully this is judt due to the recession and not a reflection on the apartments themsleves.

    Any info/advice? I read the sticky at the top of the page and it seems positive.

    we applied last week for a 5bedroom apartment too, the woman at the office will tell you there and then if you got in with your mates or not! She said because we applied early and that we all went over together that we got it no bother so I'd say you'll be ok!

    Cool, She said they will send out an e-mail ASAP to let us know anyway and that the contracts arent sent out untill mid July, so untill then i guess we wont know if we got the 5 bed or not.
