We have a double room available from 1 June to 31 August in a large, detached house on Old Séamus Quirke Rd. in Shantalla. It's a big, bright room with plenty of storage, and you'd be sharing with very laid-back and friendly people. There's all mod cons, parking, wireless broadband, 3 bathrooms, NTL, Xbox360, and a garden. Smokers are welcome. It's a 10 minute walk to both the city centre and NUIG, and a 2 minute walk to Westside Shopping Centre (with Dunnes, Aldi, Fine Wines, Subway, McDonald's, and Topaz 24 Hr.) It's also on a bus route. 260e/month.
