No doubt attracted by double cash hours on Wednesday nights, snooker great Steve Davis and a bunch of his potting pals have accepted an invitation from Joe O'Neil to take on the Hold'em and Omaha games at the Voodoo VIP tonight. Join us for a game, a jar and a chat.

BTW tonight's tournament is the thirty five Euro double chance which just happens to be great value, so make of that what you will.

While the Voodoo club is probably one of the best clubs in the Dublin area, Steve Davis on the other hand is probably the most boring individual on plant earth and the tighest player ever to play the game.

You could not be more wrong....... An image he had as a snooker player but a lovely, funny guy in real life

I played with Steve when he was starting out, in the Merrion and I agree wth westlife, also a gentleman. ( Ian Hendry likewise )
