Scrappage schemes

Hey, My Fiat Brava 2001 is on its last legs and Im going to have to get a new car. So does anyone know of a good scrappage scheme thats in operation at the moment in Dublin? The govt scheme only applies to cars >10yrs old - do the dealers accept "slightly" younger cars? Thanks N
