Golf course ideas

    Hi

    I am looking for golf course recommendations for taking a 9 year old to play on in and west co dublin. I was thinking maybe elm green but any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

    if on weekends leave it til around 16:30 or thereabouts
    elm green sounds like a logical choice

    thanks for that conno 16. I was thinking there that i might just take him to the par 3 course near tyrellstown might be a bit better for him as he does lose interest quickly.

    Yeh it is definitely gone, but there's a basic council operated par 3 about a mile away from Elmgreen. It's on the Ballyboggan rd, between Finglas/Glasnevin/and the back of Cabra.

    There's also Balheary Par 3 Golf Course just outside Swords.

    Never played either, but both would be options.
