reno megane van

    hi everyone im thinking of buying a reno megane van 1.5 diesel.anyone have any experience of these.im thinking of buying a 04 or 05 probably going to be about 100000 miles on the clock. ive heard that the window motors are dirt and the fuel pumps give trouble.does anyone know if a citroen xsara van would be better?

    Focus van would be a much better buy. Stick to the newer TDCi engine though, the ol 1.8TDDi isnt much good.

    If you can stretch, A golf van might be slightly better.

    I'd steer clear of both the Xsara and Megane as commercial.

    the focus and golf seem expensive though.i like the shape of the megane but if its a pile of scrap ill steer clear of it.i only would be using it for lite work and as a car aswell.ill check out the price of the focus van now

    seems like you would get a 04/05 focus or golf for about 5 to 6 grand.but you could get a megane van/ xsara van for 3 grand easy.thats a big saving.anyone have any experience in meganes

    There's a reason they're cheap buddy. Nobody wants them. What does that suggest?
