Ash cloud permitting I will be back home tomorrow, that's Co Clare:) I have been living outside Ireland for 10 or so years now, recently mostly in Scotland.
Great river trout fishing 5 mins walk from my house here and also top quality rainbow lochs within half hours drive but I do miss the peaty lough's of west Clare where I first learnt to cast a fly.
I will be back on one tomorrow night and I cant wait. :)

If you're bringing your rods, it's a good time to be there. Once this north wind eases the lough's flylife is going to light up.
