How do you piece them together in a video?
Do you need more software than photoshop?

Thanks guys, I'm glad you like it.

pixbyjohn that timer release came in very handy allright! And a tripod is definitely needed too.

mehfesto I didn't use photoshop but Windows Movie Maker came in handy for keeping file sizes down as the photos are pretty big. You can also use Adobe Premier but uploading those files takes forever.

quicktime pro is the simplest solution for putting all the still frames into a movie, then bring it into some other program (I use Final Cut Pro on a Mac) to edit it as a movie.

Also, how long did it take you to shoot all the locations? I put all the boats back in by the East pier in Dún Laoghaire at least a month ago! Come to think of it, we dropped 10 new moorings that aren't there 6 weeks ago! Interesting to see it wasn't just slapped together in the last few days!

@alexlyons he he no I didn't slap it together in an hour! It did take a while to shoot the footage as I had to stand out in the cold on Piers, Quays and on top of hills while the camera did all the work; days here & there just after the snow and before the Volcano!

Sadly I can't embed video from flickr so you'll have to click through, but here's something I did a couple of years ago ...
