pioneer cd changer.

    recently bought a car with a pioneer 6 cd changer in the boot.
    originaly when the little screen on the dash was switched on, it said "NO DISC", now it says "ERRA"( i assume this means error)
    not only that but i cant figure out out how to remove the 6 cd magazine to put in cd's.


    any help with above problems greatly appreciated
