Swim @ Cobh Pool anyone?

    Hi all,
    Cobh pool will open at 7pm Tues and Thurs and give me the whole pool to ourselves for swim coaching/technique sessions. For this to work i need minimum of 5 people there (cheap pool entry). If anyone is in the Cobh, Midleton, Cork area and is interested then let me know so I can get this up and going.

    Of course I assume you're doing this for the good of the sport and there is no additional cost above pool entry but if you could clarify that you're not advertising paying coaching here as per site rules that would be helpful.

    Yes might be - any more info on coahing/technique sessions?
    Is the pool not open anyway?

    No additional cost above the pool entry fee. The pool is currently only open at 9am Tues and Thurs, but they will give me full use of the pool (so we can have a number of lanes to cater for differing abilities) from 7am if i get a minimum of 5 people in the door.

    Free swimming coaching and technique based around a Triathlon program. As we are currently heading into race season we will be working on increasing speed and perfecting technique to swim faster and further using less energy. Equipment required - goggles and fins. (pull bouys and kick boards provided).
