Rescue Dog - Sagging Tummy

    Hi all

I have just taken in a foster dog (CKCS) and she was rescued from a puppy farm. No major problems with her, she is coming on well with socialisation and is a very sweet girl.

The only thing is that a result of the constant pregnancies (no idea how many) she has a very saggy tummy. I was just wondering will this tighten up in its own time or is there some kind of corrective surgery (tummy tuck for dogs)? I was a bit nervous in case should get caught up in something while out walking. She doesnt seem bothered by it or anything and she has now been spayed.

It'll probably tighten up a bit. But I imagine it might always be a bit saggy. But it shouldn't bother her I don't think?

I only know from cats that have have one or two litters, and their tummies tightened up again after they were spayed, but I dunno about after loads of litters.
