    Hey dudes,

    Heard about an event this Sat in Carlow but can't find any info on it. Anyone know anything about it / who is organising it / where it's on, etc?

    Got this from another site


    the first event is gonna be a trial to work out any bugs or problems .
    so itll will only be 20 cars for the first time out which is fair enough .

    the first event for the public will be on saterday the 29th of may cars racing are to be there at 10.30 to 12 am for drivers briefing and scrutiny
    then racing from 12.30 to 6 pm and its 30 euro to race

    it's side by side racing for a quarter mile with plenty run off area .
    theres no timing equipment yet but if this proves to be popular the owner will get some and more then likely make this it into a proper purpose built drag strip .

    so lads show your support and show the owner that drag racing is as big as it is in this country and maybe we might get our first drag strip finally .
