Moving itunes library to an external hard drive

    Hi,
    I hope someone can help me with this. I want to move my itunes Library to an external HD. Problem is my music is divided into two folders, music i had originally when i set up itunes and downloaded music i have acquired since.

    Has anyone any experience doing this? I have googled and got pretty confused.

    All help appreciated.
