Ebid Support: No Support

I paid for items from a scammer called YORKSHIRE MODELS, using PAYPAL on EBID. I tried to contact the vendor, which at first elicited a response
(I've got no stock, will send when I have etc) and afterwards got no response. Ebid "Support" told me to open a dispute with PAYPAL- but there was no id for the transaction, and Ebid lost interest immediately.
Advice: do not transact on Ebid, as there is no protection; and do not use Paypal- there is no reason to, as credit card companies do everything equally well and will most likely support you. In the meantime, as usual, the customer loses out.

@biko don't think you need to remove names unless its to protect the poster, you can't see if the seller has a history or warn others if you don't know who they are.

@bvh if PayPal was funded by a credit card you can try a chargeback, even Visa debit cards should allow chargeback.
