A story I heard a while back, can anyone help.

    Hi,

This guys brother got pulled over by the guards for flashing oncoming cars telling them about a checkpoint - little did he know an unmarked car was waiting. Him and his friend (both provisional licensed) lied and said he was my friend.

Guards told him to hand the brothers license in?

Anyone know what he should have done?

    Thanks in advance

Flashing cars to warn of a check point is obstruction of justice.
They shouldn't have done it and legally neither of them should be driving with out a full llienced driver.
AT this stage they should get legal advice and see what is the best thing to do to set this straight.
