has any one seen the box on the back of an Irish Drivers licence. The donor box.

If you look really really close you will notice the top and bottom lines arent actually lines. It is text

any one any idea what it says?

I can make out certain letters like T and K and spaces in between words but I think they are uppercase in the text and the rest are way too small to read. It actually hurts to try and read it

Mines in the car, usually small text is put on documents like that as an anti counterfeiting measure.

Just checked mine there. It's not text. The pattern on the paper which the line is printed on causes the imperfect line prints

    Thats that sorted then.

OP, you just gave me a serious headache!!!

But as best I can discern it says "Department of Environment and Local Government" on the bottom line. I can't make out the whole top line...but I think one of the words is "Tabuilthe" or something like that, since the licence is bi-ligual, I'd say its the same as the bottom, just in Irish.

How on earth did you spot it? Its bloody tiny! :D

Yeah it's Dept of the Environment and Local Government on the top and the same again, just in Irish, on the bottom.

It should say "If you can read this, go back to work" :D
