Cooking classes in the city?

Hey guys,
Myself and the better half are looking to attend some cooking classes in the city. She's a far better cook than I am (I have set toasters on fire!) so I want to learn and it'd be something different and enjoyable for us to do together.
Anyone got any suggestions?

Is it one day or one morning/afternoon or a course of classes that you're looking for?

Other places doing one day courses are Waterford Castle (once a month)

I've seen ads. for cookery classes in Arlington Lodge but that was a few years ago.

I went to a one off thai cookery demonstration in Phelim Byrne's in Wexford, it was very good.

I've attended a few one day courses at the Dunbrody Cookery Centre (not Dunbrody House) but they've retired.
