Increase in door to door salepeople in blackrock?

Has anyone noticed a big increase in door to door salespeople recently? For the past month at least 6 different people have tried to sell me a load a ****e like airtricty and vodafone at home broadband... Just now i had to slam the door to these 2 d4 types who already rang my house earlier...wtf is going on?

Now that people can opt out of get cold calls on the phone I guess the only way these suppliers can get to you is by knocking on the door.
