The A4 is cheaper than the 320.

However if price is not a concern then I would pluck for the A4 Avant 120 with the Sport pack.

To get even Cruise Control on the BMW you need to have the M Sport Pack which brings the list price from 37k to 43k.

The A4 is 34,400 + €3,000 for the Sport pack HOWEVER Audi are probably still doing the FULL S-Line for €3,000 as a special offer which blows the spec of the 320 out the window.
