    does anyone know who does dung samples is it the vets or someone else has anybody ever had there cattle done if so how much is it and was it worth while

    Last summer the vet took a sample to test for stomach fluke. It came back positive and we drenched the stock with Zanil, which seemed to fix the problem. They had been grazing a very wet field - though I guess everyone was doing that last summer. I forget how much the sampling cost, but it wasn't that much. So the answer is, it depends on what you think is the problem.
