There's one in Shinrone , near Roscrea , or else most people just park near the Castle , the marina , or the Hotel .

The marina in Portumna is a popular spot for wild camping. http://www.lakesideireland.com/ which is on the lake is about 25Km from Portumna if that's any use to you.
